Bishkek, June 3, 2026 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev opened a new building for the Batken Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"Large-scale work is being carried out in Batken Oblast. Most importantly, our border issue, which had long been one of the most pressing issues, has been resolved. 2025 will go down in history as the year when the state border was clarified and the country's territorial integrity was established. The Khujand Declaration of Eternal Friendship was signed at the junction of the borders of the three states. This Agreement was a victory of reason, not 'force!'" said Adylbek Kasymaliev at the opening of the new building for the Batken Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The head of the Cabinet noted that the residents of Batken had endured difficult trials, and now these trials are behind them, the door to a new life has opened.
"We have founded new villages, and we have every opportunity for their full development and improvement. Our state has become strong. The country's GDP, an indicator of national prosperity, has reached 2 trillion soms. Our budget has exceeded 1 trillion soms. Large-scale construction work is underway across the country," he said, noting that over the past two years, more than 30 buildings have been constructed for regional prosecutor's offices across the country, adding that these facilities are being created for the effective operation of prosecutorial agencies.
Concluding his speech, Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev addressed the prosecutor's office staff, calling on them to conscientiously and fairly fulfill their duties, uphold the rule of law, and protect the interests of the state and citizens.
