Bishkek, Dec. 17, 2025 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev participated in capsule-laying ceremonies for the construction of several residential complexes in Bishkek. The residential complexes are being constructed by the State Mortgage Company. According to Cabinet of Ministers, speaking at the ceremony for the Tien-Shan Bermeti residential complex, the head of the Cabinet noted the active development of the country's construction sector, expressing confidence that the start of construction of new residential complexes will give new impetus to the city's development.

"This residential complex consists of 11 blocks of varying heights, from 23 to 34 stories. Such tall buildings will not only beautify our city but also confirm that the architecture meets modern requirements. The residential complex under construction will stand out not only for its functionality but also for its unique architectural expression. "The modern design, aesthetic forms, and harmonious urban planning make this property one of the most beautiful and prestigious in our city. "In the future, the complex will become an important landmark for the city, a memorable, recognizable, and symbolic object," he said.

The complex is designed for 11 blocks, each with 1,281 apartments. The total area of the apartments is 80,958 square meters.

Furthermore, Adylbek Kasymaliev laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Tenir-Too Zharygy residential complex. The complex will consist of four blocks, each 19 and 34 stories high, with total of 1,064 apartments.

"One of the project's distinctive features is the inclusion of a modern shopping center and hotel built in the national style. The shopping center, in addition to meeting everyday needs, will offer recreational opportunities for city residents. The national hotel, in turn, will combine the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people and traditional architectural elements with modern solutions, giving the area a special appeal and distinctive character," he said.
