Bishkek, Dec. 23, 2025. /Kabar/. During the joint meeting of Jogorku Kenesh committees, Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev outlined the main major expenditures of the national budget.
According to him, 66.5 billion soms were spent on Eldik Bank capitalization, 57.1 billion soms on energy companies, 49.9 billion soms on the State Mortgage Company, 7.6 billion soms on financing the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway project, 1.1 billion soms on the Kambarata 1 HPP, and capital expenditures increased to 51.7 billion soms.
