Bishkek, Jan. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. Daniyar Bapyshov has been appointed director of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture, the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
The corresponding order was signed by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev.
On January 21, Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurdan Oruntayev introduced the new director to the staff of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture, wishing him success and productivity in his work.
Daniyar Bapyshov is an architect and computer scientist by education. He has worked in the field of architecture since 2007. He previously served as deputy director of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture.
This position was previously held by Zamira Kangeldieva, who was dismissed from her position upon her resignation.
