Bishkek, Oct. 9, 2026 /Kabar/. Customs duties totaling 138 billion 993 million som were collected during the first nine months of this year. Almaz Saliev, Chairman of the State Customs Service told on Birinchi Radio.

According to him, the Customs Service had been assigned a target of 132 billion 880 million som for the nine-month period.

"The total target set for the Customs Service for 2026 is 157 billion 555 million som. This is significantly higher than last year's figure. Specifically, the target for the nine-month period was set at 132 billion 880 million som, amount 130 percent higher than the corresponding period last year. The Customs Service actually collected 138 billion 993 million som, we exceeded the target by 6 billion 113 million som," Saliev said.
