He noted that this is an important event for citizens, not only for older people but also for young people.
"We spoke with both young voters and young observers at polling stations. Indeed, this is very important, because the choice being made in the country is important for people of all ages. We see that the Kyrgyz experience is unique. Technical processes are running smoothly, and there have been no glitches. And even minor glitches that have occurred are quickly resolved with technical support. It's gratifying to note that older people don't experience any barriers to using new technologies," Lapitsky said.
