Bishkek, Nov. 17, 2025. /Kabar/. Mixed martial arts (MMA) tournament was held in Samara as part of the "Russia – Country of Sports" forum.
According to the organizers, Kyrgyzstani fighter Aktilek Muktarali uulu won a convincing victory over Russian fighter Georgy Zhuravsky in a bout at the Open Fighting Championship58 tournament. The bout took place in the welterweight division, and our fighter won by unanimous decision.
Open Fighting Championship58 (OFC58) tournament is MMA competition held in Samara as part of the 13th International Forum "Russia – Country of Sports."
Fighters from Russia, Iran, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Brazil participated in the tournament. Kyrgyzstan was represented by two fighters – Aktilek Muktarali uulu and Ryskulbek Ibraimov. Commenting on the tournament results, the organizers noted, "Aktilek Muktarali uulu is the new star of the OPEN FC league. A stunning performance at the tournament and a great future within our organization!"
