Bishkek, Jan. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Parliament approved in first reading amendments to the bill amending "On the Exchange of Credit Information."
According to the bill, the initiators propose reducing the retention period for negative credit information from 5 to 3 years, and for positive information from 7 to 5 years. They also propose setting the retention period for loans of up to 10,000 soms to one year.
