Bishkek, Oct. 28, 2025 /Kabar/. In the first nine months of this year, 3,621 citizens received own housing, said President Sadyr Zhaparov, at the opening ceremony of the "Asman Residence-4" residential complex in Jalal-Abad region.
"The authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company has increased from 10 million soms in 2015 to 87.5 billion soms this year. The process of accepting applications for housing has been digitized, and the launch of the "Tunduk" mobile application has automated the waiting list and helped eliminate corruption risks. To date, more than 13,000 families have been provided with apartments, and over 69,000 citizens are waiting in line under the state program," said the head of state.
