Bishkek, Aug. 11, 2026. /Kabar/. In January-March 2026, Kyrgyzstan attracted $386.8 million in direct foreign investment, an increase of 34.2 percent compared to the same period last year.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, a significant amount of direct foreign investment falls on Talas, Naryn, Chui, Jalal-Abad regions and Bishkek.
"New opportunities are being created in these regions for the development of production, infrastructure, trade, information technologies, financial and other service sectors," the report says.
