Bishkek, August 28, 2026 /Kabar/. Following the Kyrgyz-Chinese Investment Forum signs agreements, memorandums, and commercial contracts worth over $300 million.
Over 150 Chinese companies participated in the forum.
The agreements reached cover various areas, including medical tourism, tourism, infrastructure projects, electric and thermal power, oil and gas, urban water management, and the agro-industrial complex.
In particular, the following documents were signed:
- PPP Agreement for the Baitik Mountain Resort project between the State Agency for Tourism Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Velmont Group LLC, China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC), and the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Memorandum of Understanding between the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Memorandum of Cooperation in Electricity and Thermal Power between the Ysyk-Ata District State Administration of the Chui Region and Jiangsu Yikewang Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
- Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation in the Oil and Gas Industry between Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC and Xinjiang Central Asia Petroleum Company.
- Memorandum of Understanding on Urban Water Management between the Bishkek City Hall and Henan Water Construction Co., Ltd.
- Investment Management Contract between State Customs Infrastructure OJSC and Shandong Jiangxiang Investment Management Company LLC.
- Memorandum on the Construction of the Shanghai Cloud Kingdom Complex between Red Stone Group LLC, the State Directorate for Construction of the City of Asman, and Tianshan Investment Group (Tian Shan International Group LLC).
- Memorandum on the Construction of the Pearl Coast Village between Red Stone Group LLC, the State Directorate for Construction of the City of Asman, and Eurasian Investment and Construction Group LLC.
- Contract Agreement between Tez Zhol LLC and China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC).
- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between Bereket Consult LLC and Beijing Zumsun Ropeway Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.
- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Regional Project Support Center for SCO Countries, Beijing Hang Liang, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Design Research Institute Co., Ltd.
- Framework Agreement for the Proton and Radiation Cancer Therapy Center Project between Danai LLC and Fujian RAYSCO Medical Technology.
- Cooperation Agreement between Kyrgyz Post Office and Kashkar Fengxing Trading Company LLC.
- Cooperation Agreement between KSTU named after I. Razzakov and the representative office of China Road and Bridge Corporation in Kyrgyzstan.
As a reminder, a Kyrgyz-Chinese investment forum took place at the Ala-Archa State Residence ahead of Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to Kyrgyzstan as part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
