Bishkek, Oct. 20, 2025 /Kabar/. Memorandum of cooperation was signed in Beijing between the National Investment Agency, the State Directorate for the Construction of the Eco-Friendly City of Asman, and China Construction Company.
According to the National Investment Agency, memorandum was signed by Ravshanbek Sabirov, Director of the National Investment Agency, and Cao Xiangming, General Director of the international company China Construction Design Institute. During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation and possible investment opportunities for the project.
The document aims to develop collaboration in investment, infrastructure, and construction projects, as well as attract modern technologies and foreign investment for the implementation of Asman City, a smart city of the future, created in accordance with modern urban planning and sustainable development standards.
