Bishkek, June 15, 2026. /Kabar/. On June 15, Bakyt Torobaev, Special representative of Kyrgyz president for special assignments, met with Lin Wu, Secretary of the Shandong Provincial CPC Party Committee, in Qingdao.
During the meeting, they discussed expanding cooperation between the regions of Kyrgyzstan and Shandong Province.
The parties paid special attention to the implementation of joint projects in transport infrastructure, energy, industry, agriculture, and logistics.
Bakyt Torobaev emphasized Kyrgyzstan's interest in attracting investment, modern technologies, and expanding cooperation with the business community of Shandong Province.
In turn, Lin Wu noted the high level of bilateral relations and confirmed Shandong Province's readiness to further expand trade, economic, and investment cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen interregional ties and implement joint mutually beneficial projects.
Concluding the meeting, Bakyt Torobaev thanked Lin Wu for the warm welcome and invited him to visit Kyrgyzstan.
