Bishkek, Jan. 21, 2026. /Kabar/. Minister of Emergency Situations, Boobek Azhikeev, First Deputy Minister of Finance, Ruslan Suinaliev, met with the management of the Chinese corporation Sino Pharmaceutical Equipment Development Co., Ltd. / Sinoped International Co., Ltd in Bishkek.
According to the Ministry of Finance, following the talks, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing Kyrgyzstan's modern laboratory and medical potential.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for introducing high-tech equipment and creating conditions for training qualified specialists in medicine, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory diagnostics. Chinese corporation, which comprises 40 medical equipment manufacturing plants, expressed its willingness to supply the republic with modern solutions to strengthen the national healthcare system.
Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic plays a special role due to its participation as the founder of MedVetCity+ OJSC, a key structure for the development of state biological and technological security. Ministry of Finance provides institutional and financial support for the initiative, which will accelerate the modernization of the country's laboratory infrastructure.
The signing of the memorandum marks an important step toward the development of a sustainable and technologically advanced healthcare system in Kyrgyzstan.
