Bishkek, Jan. 20, 2026. /Kabar/. On January 19, 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Meder Abakirov and State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Periša Kastratović held a telephone conversation to discuss deepening bilateral relations and expanding political dialogue.
During the conversation, the parties reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthening cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and Montenegro through political consultations, high-level and summit visits, and closer coordination within international organizations.
Furthermore, the parties exchanged views on current regional and international issues and reviewed the schedule of international events for the coming year.
