Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2025. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov signed a Decree according to which Mirbek Kemelovich Mambetaliev was appointed Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was relieved of his previously assigned duties.
