Bishkek, June 3, 2026 /Kabar/. For the first time in the history of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Kyrgyzstan presented its national booth. The opening ceremony was attended by First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Daniyar Amangeldiev.
In his speech, Daniyar Amangeldiev noted the strategic importance of this event for the country.
"Presenting our national booth at such a prestigious international venue as the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum marks a new stage in our economic diplomacy. This is clear evidence of Kyrgyzstan's openness to the world and our desire to deepen international cooperation," he said.
The first deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that the stand is aimed at clearly demonstrating Kyrgyzstan's dynamic development, significant investment potential, achievements in key sectors of the economy, and readiness to implement large-scale joint projects.
The national booth of Kyrgyzstan will be the main platform for bilateral meetings, presentations of investment projects, and establishing direct contacts between the Kyrgyz and foreign business communities. Visitors to the stand will be able to get acquainted with the priority areas of the country's development, including energy, tourism, the digital economy, industrial cooperation, and transport infrastructure.
