Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov proposed concluding an Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Electronic Digital Signatures between the countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
He announced this while speaking on October 7 at the 12th OTS Summit, which is taking place in the Azerbaijani city of Gabala.
The head of state noted that the implementation of this initiative will ensure the legal recognition of digital documents in all participating countries and will be an important step toward developing a unified digital space for the Turkic world.
In addition, Sadyr Zhaparov announced that Kyrgyzstan has prepared a Roadmap for cooperation in the fields of economics, trade, investment, and finance. This document, according to him, will become an incentive for further deepening economic ties between the organization’s member states.
