Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ulukbek Maripov met with newly appointed Chairman of the Saudi-Kyrgyz Business Council Saad bin Ali Al-Qahtani. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties discussed ways to further strengthen and expand trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.

Ulukbek Maripov emphasized the active exchange of visits at the level of state bodies of two countries, the participation of Saudi business delegations in business forums held in Kyrgyzstan, as well as the launch of regular direct flights between Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia.

In turn, Saad bin Ali Al-Qahtani highly appreciated the dynamic development of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia. He noted the importance of activating cooperation between the chambers of commerce and industry through the newly established business council in order to maximize the existing trade, economic and investment potential of the two countries.
