Kyrgyzstan takes part in Moscow Startup Summit 2025

Bishkek, Oct 2.2025 /Kabar/. National Investment Agency participated in the first international technology summit, Moscow Startup Summit 2025, which is taking place in Moscow on October 1-2, 2025. According to the state agency, the delegation from Kyrgyz Republic also included First Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation Aibek Chotonov, Chairman of the Board of Aiyl Bank Tilek Alimjanov, representatives of the National Investment Agency, and representatives of the National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Deputy Director of the agency Damirbek Bikulov spoke on Support and Development of Tech Business in BRICS and SCO Countries: Balancing the Interests of Business and the State. He touched on the topic of implementing technology and artificial intelligence in public administration and business processes in Kyrgyz Republic. He also highlighted the agency's current draft law on Venture Financing, the law on Investments and the law on Public-Private Partnership, which are aimed at creating a favorable investment climate and attractive conditions for public-private partnership entities.

Following the summit, a series of meetings with major Russian companies operating in the field of new technologies and innovations is planned.

Moscow Startup Summit 2025 is a center for technology entrepreneurship, innovation, and startups, bringing together venture capitalists, corporations, government agencies, and research institutions from BRICS and SCO countries to discuss global technology challenges and establish partnerships.

Chairman of Sberbank Management Board German Gref and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin were the event headliners.
