Bishkek, Feb. 17, 2025. /Kabar/. 128 industrial facilities will be commissioned in Kyrgyzstan in 2025, Minister of Economy and Commerce of the country Bakyt Sydykov told on Friday.
He said that a list of facilities that will be opened was determined, and the timing of their commissioning was discussed at a meeting of the Cabinet.
The minister also added that in 2024, 102 industrial facilities worth $800.8 million were opened as part of investment projects. In 2025, it is planned to commission 128 facilities worth $1.7 billion.
"We do not plan to open all the facilities in the fourth quarter. By the end of the first quarter, at least 1-2 large facilities should be put into operation. The number of planned jobs will reach 15 thousand. Openings will take place in all regions. For example, in Naryn Oblast, a total of 17 facilities will be launched," Sydykov added.
