Bishkek, Jan. 26, 2026. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adybek Kasymaliev presented the results of the Public Confidence Index survey for the second half of 2025 at a regular staff meeting of the Presidential administration.

During his speech, he recalled that this monitoring is conducted by the National Statistical Committee every six months. The survey covers all seven regions of the country, as well as Bishkek and Osh cities, allowing for objective assessment of changes in public sentiment and the level of public trust in government agencies.

Kasymaliev emphasized that the index set a historic high for the second half of 2025, reaching 46.2 points. This is 18% higher than the 2024 figures.

"Such a significant increase in the index is direct evidence of the public's high level of trust in the policies pursued by President Sadyr Zhaparov and the performance of his team. The profound socioeconomic reforms implemented in the country in recent years clearly demonstrate a significant improvement in the efficiency of government agencies and their focus on public demand," he noted.

At the end of the staff meeting, Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed the heads of government agencies and departments of the Presidential administration to maintain their work pace, emphasizing the need to maintain the country's continued economic growth and promptly address public concerns.
