Bishkek, March 18, 2026. /Kabar/. Azamat Dzhaparov, Director of Kyzmat Service met with Alybek Kurbanaliev, National Advisor of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, to discuss digital cooperation. According to Kyzmat service, during the meeting, the OSCE Programme Office donated modern office equipment to Kyzmat Service, which will facilitate the development of digital technologies and improve the efficiency of public services.
The parties discussed the implementation of innovative technologies, the development of digital competencies for civil servants, and plans for joint projects.
At the end of the meeting, Dzhaparov thanked his partners and confirmed his intention to continue collaborating to further Kyrgyzstan's digital development.
