In 2026, total national resources are planned at 694.4 billion soms, First Deputy Finance Minister Ruslan Suinaliev announced today during joint meeting of Jogorku Kenesh committees to consider the first reading of the bill "On the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the 2027–2028 planning period" and to discuss the 2024 republican budget execution report.
According to him, total national resources are planned at 688.9 billion soms in 2027 and 716.8 billion soms in 2028. The total national budget is growing steadily.
"While the republican budget is expected to be 551.2 billion soms in 2026, it will be 641.6 billion soms in 2028. Revenues in 2026 will grow by 28.1% compared to 2025, by 7.6% in 2027, and by 8.1% in 2028. Overall, revenues will increase by 16.4% from 2026 to 2028," he said.
Suinaliev noted that expenditures are also increasing. In 2026, they will amount to 550 billion soms, and in 2028, 589.3 billion soms, but will remain within budgetary limits.
