Bishkek, Feb. 26, 2026. /Kabar/. The State Mortgage Company plans to provide more than 20 thousand apartments to citizens across Kyrgyzstan in 2026. This was announced live on Birinchi Radio by the Head of the Sales Department of the State Mortgage Company, Kylychbek Keldibekov.
According to him, today, more than 80 thousand apartments are being built in the country as part of "My Home" program.
“If I talk about the regions, the construction of apartments is underway depending on the number of citizens on the waiting list. For example, more than 22 thousand apartments are currently being built in Chui region. More than 12 thousand apartments are being built in Jalal-Abad region, and more than 7 thousand apartments are being built in Batken region. In general, construction work is underway at a high pace in all seven regions of our country. In fact, the majority of citizens on the waiting list are in Bishkek,” Keldibekov said.
He also named the number of apartments that will be provided to citizens on the waiting list in the regions of the country this year, by the end of 2026:
In Chui region - 3 thousand 129 apartments
In Jalal-Abad region - 3 thousand 219 apartments
In Issyk-Kul region - 2 thousand 266 apartments
In Naryn region - 433 apartments
In Talas region - 319 apartments
In Osh region - 2 thousand 912 apartments
In Batken region - 1 thousand 420 apartments.
