Bishkek, Jan. 13, 2025. /Kabar/. Currently, 80,245 mortgaged apartments are under construction across the country. Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the State Mortgage Company (SMC) Population Relations Department, announced this live on Kabar news agency.
According to her, the country's mortgage program is being implemented consistently and on track. Construction began in 2023, and the delivery of apartments built by SMC to residents began in late 2024. Approximately 20,000 mortgaged apartments are planned for delivery in 2026. These projects cover virtually all regions of the country.
