Bishkek, Jan. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. In 2025, Naryn produced industrial output worth 2 billion 42 million 800 thousand soms, increase of 112% compared to the previous year. These figures were announced during a meeting summarizing the city's socioeconomic development over the past year.
Indicators by industry:
- Food production — 78.7%;
- Textile production — 162.4%;
- Plastic and non-metal product production — 100.5%;
- Woodworking and paper production — 103%.
Also, 867 tons of meat, 1,743 tons of milk, and 377,000 eggs were produced during the reporting period. During the year, 29 enterprises were commissioned in the industrial sector, creating 216 new jobs. The total investment in these launches amounted to 60,150,000 soms.
It is noted that the volume of attracted investment for 2025 reached 426,935,000 soms, which is 80,911,000 soms more than the 2024 figures.
