Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2026 /Kabar/. President Sadyr Zhaparov participated in the grand opening of an innovation and creative center in Naryn city on October 7, during a working visit to the Naryn region.
The head of state toured the new center's infrastructure and facilities. The building houses a library, a museum, innovative TV and audio studios, a cinema and concert hall, coworking and IT zones, and a retail area.
Sadyr Zhaparov noted with satisfaction that the center would serve as a new public space, bringing together the spheres of culture, education, and creativity.
The center's activities will focus on supporting creative, educational, innovative, and cultural initiatives undertaken by local residents, particularly the youth.
After briefly greeting the event participants, Sadyr Zhaparov ceremonially cut the ribbon, marking the official opening of the center.
City residents and representatives of the cultural community expressed their gratitude to the president for the creation of this new, modern center.
