Bishkek, Aug 24, 2026 /Kabar/. On August 22, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov inspected preparations for the official opening of the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall in Bishkek.
The complex, located on 14.7 hectares, includes a central building and eight guest houses designed to accommodate official delegations and high-ranking guests.
The Congress Hall is a modern complex of national significance, designed to host international summits, forums, official receptions, negotiations, and other high-level events.
The head of state inspected the readiness of the complex's main functional areas and spaces, which will be used for the upcoming official events.
The central building includes the Kurultai Conference Hall, which seats 1,238 people, a banquet hall for 1,000 people, and a press hall for 235 people, as well as rooms for negotiations and bilateral meetings.
President Sadyr Zhaparov noted the high quality of the work performed and expressed satisfaction with the level of preparation for the upcoming opening.
During his visit, he inspected the guest houses intended for the heads of official delegations. They provide the necessary conditions for the comfortable stay of high-ranking guests, as well as for holding working meetings and negotiations.
The guest houses are equipped with living and working spaces, meeting rooms, and recreation areas.
The head of state emphasized the importance of high-quality organization of the upcoming events, the coordinated work of all involved services, and the creation of the necessary conditions for foreign delegations.
The official opening of the Yrys Ordo Congress Hall will take place on August 24.
