Bishkek, Oct. 8, 2025. /Kabar/. New philharmonic hall will be built in Manas city. The municipality has shared a draft design for the construction. According to the mayor's office, the large hall of the philharmonic hall will have 1,500 seats and a small hall will have 500 seats.
1 billion soms has been allocated from the Stabilization Fund for construction work.
