Bishkek, June 2, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers Ulan Mamatkanov participated in the media project "Open Cabinet: Area of ​​Responsibility" in Osh city.

Deputy head with mass media representatives visited Osh region, and inspected the status and progress of the construction of social facilities, as well as the implementation of state social initiatives in the regions.

Ulan Mamatkanov's work schedule began with a meeting dedicated to the issues of assigning and providing the Bala Irysy benefit (for children) to the population in Osh city. The meeting considered the organizational mechanisms for assigning the benefit, interdepartmental interaction, as well as the readiness of relevant state bodies to implement new measures for social support of the population.

The deputy head instructed relevant state bodies to pay special attention to the provision of Bala Irysy benefit to the population.

As part of the mobile program, special attention was paid to the issues of social and educational infrastructure. Ulan Mamatkanov inspected the construction of the 1,200-seat S. Dzhigitov Secondary School No. 2.

Then, the deputy chairman visited the Osh City Clinical Hospital and got acquainted with the work of the medical institution, the conditions created for patients and medical staff, as well as the construction of an additional building for 300 beds. During the visit, they discussed the issues of developing medical infrastructure, increasing the availability of medical services, and completing construction work on time.

Separate part of the program was introduction to the implementation of the social contract mechanism. Together with a group of journalists, Ulan Mamatkanov visited Osh resident who received 150 thousand soms under the program to open his own business in the production of sewing products.

The final part of the working day was a visit to the Osh City Department of Labor, Social Protection and Migration, where media representatives had the opportunity to learn current work of the institution, the system of providing social services to the population, and mechanisms for targeted support for citizens.
