Bishkek, April 10, 2026. /Kabar/. Today, on April 10, President Sadyr Zhaparov visited the El Plast polymer pipe factory as part of his working visit to Osh.
The annual production capacity of the enterprise is up to 15 thousand tons of products. The main consumers are the facilities being implemented within the framework of the “Clean Water” project, as well as state and municipal structures and international organizations.
The production uses polyethylene granules imported from Russia, Iran and China. The enterprise has installed modern technological equipment that allows it to produce a wide range of products for water pipes and sewage systems.
From January 2025 to January 2026, the enterprise produced and sold products worth more than 900 million soms. At the same time, about 100 million soms in taxes were paid.
President inspected the technological process of product production and received information about the current activities and development prospects of the enterprise.
Zhaparov emphasized the importance of developing domestic industry and noted the need to continue supporting production initiatives aimed at providing the domestic market with quality products.
