Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2025. /Kabar/. More than 14,000 police officers have been deployed across Kyrgyzstan to maintain public order during the country’s early parliamentary elections, Sultan Makilov, head of the Ministry’s press service said at a briefing.

He said that law enforcement personnel are operating in an enhanced security mode to ensure a safe and orderly voting process.

Makilov noted that additional officers have been dispatched to regional police departments to conduct monitoring and carry out on-site operations throughout the election day.

“Teams of the most experienced officers have been formed to document any violations of the law and will promptly respond to reports received through social media,” he said.

Polling stations opened in Kyrgyzstan at 8:00 a.m. across all 30 electoral districts, where citizens are electing members of parliament under a majoritarian system. Three candidates will be elected from each constituency.
