Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2025. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov has arrived today in the Republic of Azerbaijan on a working visit at the invitation of President Ilham Aliyev.
The head of state's plane landed at Gabala International Airport. The national flags of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) were displayed at the airport, a red carpet was rolled out, and a guard of honor was formed.
President Sadyr Zhaparov was greeted by Azerbaijani Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullaev and other officials.
During his visit, the head of state will participate in the Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States, where important regional and international policy issues will be discussed and the results of the Kyrgyz Republic's chairmanship in the OTS will be summarized.
Following the summit, the Gabala Declaration of the OTS Heads of State and other decisions aimed at strengthening cooperation among the Organization's member states in political, economic, cultural, humanitarian, and other spheres will be signed.
