President Zhaparov opens cultural center in Kara-Kulja

Bishkek, April 14, 2026. /Kabar/. Today, April 14, during the working visit to Osh oblast, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov attended the opening ceremony of a public and cultural center in Kara-Kulja village.

The center will provide comprehensive government services and house social facilities in a single location.

Sadyr Zhaparov toured the three-story building's infrastructure, including service areas, a movie theater, a gym, bank branches, a conference room, and other public spaces.

Minister of Construction Nurdan Oruntaev informed the total land area of ​​the site is 0.45 hectares. He also noted that the project aims to create comfortable conditions for residents and visitors to the districts.

President Sadyr Zhaparov then spoke with local residents, emphasizing that similar centers will be opened in other districts of the country. In turn, residents expressed gratitude to the head of state for his attention to regional development, noting the importance of the initiatives being implemented and their positive impact on improving living conditions.
