Bishkek, May 12, 2026. /Kabar/. Representatives of China's largest companies arrived in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan, the delegation included heads of 17 leading Chinese companies in logistics, mechanical engineering, equipment and spare parts, metal products and building materials manufacturing, light and textile industries, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, veterinary and pharmaceutical production, energy, and other sectors.
Temir Sariev, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, met with the delegation. Chinese delegation's visit followed previously reached agreements and was a reciprocal step following Sariev's working visit to Shandong Province.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the construction industry, the implementation of joint investment projects, and direct negotiations between Kyrgyz and Chinese entrepreneurs.
Chinese delegation expressed interest in expanding partnerships with Kyrgyz businesses, sharing experiences, and participating in new infrastructure and investment projects in Kyrgyzstan.
According to Sariev, cooperation with Chinese partners opens up new opportunities for attracting investment, implementing modern technologies, and developing key sectors of the Kyrgyz economy.
