Bishkek, Nov. 26, 2025 /Kabar/. The laboratories delivered to Kyrgyzstan today are aimed at preventing severe epidemics, Anna Popova, head of the Federal Service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human well-being of the Russian Federation told to mass media.
According to her, each state must independently identify dangerous pathogens and respond to them promptly.
“Mobile laboratories allow you to quickly reach different regions, assess the epidemiological situation on the spot and take prompt action against threats. They are equipped with a pneumatic frame and meet all levels of biological protection. This equipment, without creating risks, allows you to prevent the spread of dangerous infections. This is the result of many years of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia and new step in the fight against epidemiological threats,” she said. Popova noted that today in Kyrgyzstan, measures are actively being taken to combat the spread of dangerous diseases.
"Ten mobile clinics-laboratories provided by the Russian Federation to combat the spread of HIV infection are successfully operating across the country. Currently, more than 103 thousand people have been tested for HIV and other diseases. There have also been great successes with hepatitis B. Russia has provided more than 700 thousand doses of the vaccine. These efforts have made it possible to reduce the spread of the disease by three times," he said.
