Bishkek, Nov. 26, 2025. /Kabar/. During state visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Kyrgyz Republic today, on November 26, a number of bilateral documents were signed aimed at strengthening cooperation in education, healthcare, migration, economic, and military-technical cooperation.
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed Joint Statement on deepening the alliance and strategic partnership.
Number of bilateral documents were signed:
- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the field of strategic planning;
- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the legal status of representative offices of competent authorities for internal affairs and migration in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation;
- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the terms of construction in the Kyrgyz Republic of a campus of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin;
- Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the field of cardiology;
- Protocol amending the Treaty between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on the development of military-technical cooperation dated June 20, 2017;
- Agreement of Intent between Kyrgyz Post Open Joint-Stock Company and Russian Post Joint-Stock Company.
