Bishkek, Jan.12, 2026. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov presented the keys to mortgaged apartments in Muras residential complex in Bishkek.
The project includes the construction of a residential complex consisting of 39 blocks with a total of 4,754 apartments.
Currently, 11 blocks, containing 986 apartments, have been commissioned. The second phase of construction plans to deliver eight blocks with 1,080 apartments, including:
1-bedroom apartments – 360,
2-bedroom apartments – 432,
3-bedroom apartments – 288.
The total area is 64,672 m².
Once the second phase is completed, the total number of apartments delivered will be 2,066, with 2,688 apartments remaining in construction.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2024. The estimated project cost is 4 billion 166 million soms.
