Bishkek, Sept. 22, 2025. /Kabar/. From January to July 2025, the average monthly nominal salary per employee (excluding small businesses) in Kyrgyzstan was 42,522 soms, an increase of 20.4% compared to the same period in 2024. Statistics indicate that real salary, adjusted for inflation, increased by 12%. Salary growth was recorded at enterprises and organizations across all economic sectors.
The most significant increases were:
- real estate transactions – 39.9%;
- construction – 39.4%;
- administrative and support activities – 30.3%;
- professional, scientific, and technical activities – 28.4%;
- healthcare and social services – 27.9%;
- hotels and restaurants – 26.8%;
- public administration, defense, and mandatory social security – 24.7%;
- financial intermediation and insurance, as well as other service activities – 21.7%.
Accelerating salary growth was observed across all sectors of the country's economy.
