Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2025. /Kabar/. Alena Bulgakova, an international observer with the SCO delegation, praised the organization of the early parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan.
According to her, the level of preparation and operation of polling stations in Kyrgyzstan meets high standards of openness and accessibility.
Alena Bulgakova reported that international observers visited several polling stations in Bishkek and familiarized themselves with the new voting system.
"The system is quite clear and transparent for both voters and observers. "Candidate representatives and public observers are present at each polling station, with whom we conduct discussions to comprehensively assess every aspect of the election organization," she noted.
She emphasized the high level of service provided to citizens, including the option of remote voting—voters can cast their ballot at any convenient polling station by presenting a passport or digital ID.
"We see that the government is demonstrating momentum in making the electoral process more accessible and open. I would also like to highlight the high standard of video surveillance; cameras with high-quality feeds are installed at each polling station," Bulgakova said.
Furthermore, international observers noted the convenience of polling stations located in shopping centers, which contributes to increased turnout and facilitates the voting process.
The SCO delegation's final conclusions will be presented tomorrow.
