Bishkek, May 18, 2026. /Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman Daniyar Amangeldiev visited the domestic automobile plant Tulpar Motors and learned about its operations as part of the Open Cabinet media project.

According to him, this enterprise is a shining example of a successful partnership between the state and the private sector.

"The domestic automobile plant Tulpar Motors is a major project implemented through cooperation between the state and business. The initiative was launched in 2023 with the goal of developing automobile production in the country. Currently, the plant assembles a number of Chevrolet vehicles.

The state provided significant support for the project. Specifically, land redevelopment, permit preparation, certification, and financial assistance were addressed. Furthermore, 1 billion soms were allocated through a car leasing program to facilitate car purchases for citizens. The company's vehicles are also being donated to government agencies.

"The most important thing is that effective cooperation between the state and private partners is being established, creating a positive example of such interaction. The plant receives full support from the state, and the partners, in turn, fulfill their obligations on time," Amangeldiev noted.

It is noted that since its founding, the plant has produced 3,937 vehicles. The company produces the Captiva, Tracker, Onix, Cobalt, Damas, Labo, and Tahoe models. In addition, SUVs and trucks are also produced.
