Bishkek, Oct. 15, 2026 /Kabar/. Two international exhibitions, Kyrgyzstan Expo 2026 and Expo Eurasia Kyrgyzstan 2026 opened today, October 15, at the "Zhashtyk Arena" in Bishkek. Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) reports.

According to the CCI, this large-scale business event brought together entrepreneurs, manufacturers, investors, and members of the diplomatic corps from various countries. The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Erlist Akunbekov, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Temir Sariev, as well as representatives from government agencies, foreign delegations, and the business community.

In his welcoming remarks, Erlist Akunbekov emphasized that the Cabinet of Ministers supports the development of entrepreneurship, the expansion of international economic ties, and the creation of a favorable business environment. He also expressed his gratitude to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for its efforts in promoting domestic enterprises and strengthening international cooperation.

While inaugurating the exhibitions, Temir Sariev, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, likened this international business platform to an autumn harvest.

"The exhibition we are opening today serves as our collective autumn fair. Here, entrepreneurs showcase what they have achieved over the past year and lay the groundwork for a new 'harvest' comprising new partnerships, contracts, and projects," he stated.

According to the head of the Chamber, the exhibition has grown significantly compared to last year. Spanning an area of over 4,000 square meters, it features approximately 100 companies. International participants include representatives from Russia, China, Turkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.

The exposition covers a wide range of sectors, including industry, construction, agriculture, energy, mining, transport, information technology, healthcare, and tourism.

Furthermore, Temir Sariev proposed establishing "Kyrgyzstan Expo" as annual event, aiming to transform it into the country’s primary international exhibition platform. He urged representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers to support this initiative.

The exhibition is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in partnership with the company "Zarubezh-Expo." From October 15 to 17, participants can look forward to industry-specific discussions, the Bishkek Business Forum, B2B negotiations, and meetings between potential partners. The primary objective is to translate business contacts into new investments, joint production ventures, and concrete contracts.

Kyrgyzstan Expo serves as a platform where Kyrgyzstan showcases its potential to the world, and where the international business community discovers what Kyrgyzstan has to offer.
