Bishkek, March 4, 2026 /Kabar/. Bishkek expects approximately 2 million annual flowers, which will be planted in flowerbeds, parks, squares, and along central streets.
According to the Bishkek mayor's office, the volume of landscaping work in the capital has been significantly increased in 2026. Bishkek Zelenstroy municipal enterprise has planned a large-scale floral decoration program for the capital this year.
Approximately 230,000 tulips are expected to bloom by April 10th. These vibrant floral arrangements will traditionally decorate public spaces and create a festive atmosphere for residents and visitors.
Flower planting and greenery maintenance will be carried out in stages, adhering to regulations, ensuring the flowerbeds remain beautiful throughout the season.
