Bishkek, Oct 2.2025 /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, the number of unemployed people reached 104,700 as of August 1, 2025, National Statistics Committee reports . The overall unemployment rate in the country is estimated at 3.7%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, the population of the Kyrgyz Republic reached 7,308,200. The economically active population amounted to 2,860,700, of which 2,756,000 were employed.
There are 63,500 unemployed registered with employment services, which is 19% decrease compared to the same period last year.
