Bishkek, June 10, 2026. /Kabar/. The "Caravan of Unity" project, organized as part of the VI World Nomad Games officially launched in Batken region.
According to the representative office, the "Baatyr" (Hero) and "Elchiler" (ambassadors) groups, formed within the framework of the project, collected water from the sacred Suu-Bashi spring in Batken region in specially made jugs and, accompanied by cultural program, led caravan procession to the main square of the regional center.
Mamyrzhan Rakhimov, Batken region governor noted that the "Caravan of Unity" is an important spiritual initiative that unites all regions of the country, and touched upon the values of national harmony and unity.
The official partners of the project also actively participated in the event. "A-Bank", the official bank of the World Nomad Games, organized a special place to store the caravan's water. And the official transport partner Chevrolet Kyrgyzstan accompanied the caravan with specially branded cars.
Also, as part of the project, UNICEF organized a special children's caravan, and demonstration programs of the national games were held for young people.
The source of water, Suu-Bashy, is one of the sacred places located at the foot of the mountain above Kara-Bulak village in Batken district.
The main goal of the "Caravan of Unity" project is to unite water from sacred sources in all regions of Kyrgyzstan and deliver it to the World Nomad Games. The collected water is presented as a symbol of friendship, solidarity, and unity of peoples and will be used in special ceremonies as part of the World Nomad Games.
