Bishkek, August 31, 2026 /Kabar/. World champion Aziskhan Musabek uulu has been officially selected as Kyrgyzstan's flag bearer for the opening ceremony of the VI World Nomad Games.
The duty of carrying the State Flag at the opening ceremony has been assigned to Musabek uulu Aziskhan, a member of the Kyrgyz national team, multiple world and international champion, and Honored Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kyrgyz nomad games. Urmat Asanbaev, Director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, attended the event. He wished the athletes high results and success in the upcoming competitions.
Musabek uulu Aziskhan was born in 1994. He is a five-time world champion in national sports, a three-time world champion in Kyrgyz kurōshū, a world champion in belt wrestling and Alysh belt wrestling, and a two-time Asian champion in Alysh belt wrestling.
The 6th World Nomad Games will be held in Kyrgyzstan from August 31 to September 6.
