An economic forum-workshop Belarus – Central Asia: Paths of Cooperation will take place in Brest on 17 June, Director General of the Brest Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Valery Labun told BelTA.

The event will serve as a platform for discussing current strategies and practical tools for helping Belarusian manufacturers enter the rapidly growing markets of Central Asia. “In the context of a changing global economy and the restructuring of supply chains, cooperation between Belarus and the dynamically developing countries of Central Asia is becoming increasingly important, creating new opportunities for national exports and market diversification. The forum-workshop will allow participants to discuss promising areas and existing barriers in trade, and to receive step-by-step guidance from practitioners on entering the markets of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan,” Valery Labun noted.

The forum is expected to bring together over 150 business representatives, as well as domestic and international experts with hands-on experience working with Central Asian countries in various sectors. Belarusian companies will be offered a clear roadmap for entering the markets of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. Experts will explain how to choose a niche, overcome barriers, select partners, and build stable exports with minimal risks.

The event is organized by the Brest Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of BelCCI.
