Bishkek, Nov. 4, 2025 /Kabar/. Departmental organizations of the Presidential Administration exceeded their revenue plan by 111.3%, with actual revenues amounting to 10 billion 357.2 million soms.
According to the department's press service, Board meeting of the Presidential Administration was held on November 3, chaired by the head of the Presidential Administration Kanybek Tumanbaev. The meeting reviewed the financial and economic performance of departmental organizations for the first nine months of 2025, along with progress reports and future plans.
It is noted that, for the first nine months of this year, the revenue plan for departmental organizations of the Presidential Administration amounted to 9 billion 304.5 million soms, with actual revenue reaching 10 billion 357.2 million soms, representing 111.3% of the plan's fulfillment. The planned figures were exceeded by 1 billion 052.7 million soms. Compared to the same period last year, revenue increased by 4 billion 539.9 million soms, or 78.0%.
Furthermore, over the past three years, revenue has grown from 515.5 million soms to 10 billion 357.2 million soms, demonstrating stable and significant positive dynamics. These indicators reflect the effective performance of the Presidential Administration and its subordinate organizations.
As of January 1, 2025, the Presidential Administration included 15 budgetary institutions and 19 business organizations.
During the first nine months of this year, four organizations were transferred to the Presidential Administration:
- ElKat LLC,
- State Center for Vehicle and Driver Registration,
- Salkyn-Tor State Nature Park,
- Aknet Company.
The following enterprises were removed from the jurisdiction of the Administration:
- Kyrgyz Courchevel State Enterprise (Ala-Too Resort),
- Altyn-Kol State Enterprise,
- Kyrgyz Denizi State Enterprise.
As of October 1, 2025, the Administration oversees 17 budgetary institutions and 16 business entities.
