Bishkek, March 27, 2026 /Kabar/. International scientific and practical conference was held in Bishkek as part of the first SCO Youth Delphic Games.
Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev noted that today the Delphic Games are not only a space for creativity, but also an important humanitarian tool that creates a common cultural space, fosters trust between countries, and creates conditions for sustainable development through culture and education.
"The theme of our conference reflects key areas of contemporary development. "We are talking about supporting young talent as a strategic resource for our country, and about developing creative industries and event tourism as a driver of the economy and cultural policy," he emphasized.
Angelina Alisherova, Head of the Scientific and Methodological Sector of the Delphic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, reported that the key areas of discussion at the conference were:
* The Delphic Games are an effective tool for supporting young talent, developing creative industries, and event tourism in the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
* Media Generation: Digital Bridges between Countries and Cultures. Integrating AI into the Structure of a Modern Cultural Project.
"The main goal of such conferences is to promote the Delphic Movement, support young talent, and unlock their potential to ensure their development and take this area to the next level," Alisherova noted.
The event also included a signing ceremony for a memorandum of cooperation between the Hellenic-Russian Chamber of Commerce and the National Delphic Council of Russia, as well as a signing ceremony for a protocol of intent between the International Delphic Committee, the Secretariat of the Business Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and ZhongHe Digital Silk Road.
